- At least 15 years experience in the defense electronics / signal processing area
- MS degree or higher preferred
- Ability to provide technical leadership to development, integration, etc. teams
- Strong signal processing background and/or relevant domain knowledge
- Key technical contributor
- Between 3-10 years experience in scientific / engineering field beyond BS degree
- MS degree preferred in Electrical Engineeering or Physics
- Excellent computer/software, problem solving, and communication skills
- Solid system administration background (degrees, certifications, etc.)
- Combined with other disciplines desirable (e.g. hardware, software, OS, networks)
- Between 0-3 years experience in scientific / engineering field beyond BS degree
- MS degree preferred in Electrical Engineering or Physics
- Solid computer, problem solving, and communication skills
